  • All macro keyboards are manufactured and assembled after the order is placed.
  • Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days.
  • Custom orders, special color requests, or large quantity orders may require additional processing time.
  • Orders are not processed on Sundays or public holidays.

Shipping Within India

  • We ship across India through trusted courier partners.
  • Standard delivery time is 3–7 business days after dispatch.
  • Remote locations may require additional transit time.
  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or regional restrictions.

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout.
  • Free shipping promotions may be offered during selected periods.
  • Any applicable shipping fees will be clearly displayed before payment.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS.
  • Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to become active after dispatch.

Custom & Made-to-Order Products

  • Most Dice & Layers products are made-to-order using 3D printing technology.
  • Minor layer lines, texture variations, and slight color differences are normal characteristics of 3D printed products and are not considered defects.

Damaged or Lost Packages

  • If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.
  • If a shipment is lost in transit, we will work with the courier partner to investigate and provide a suitable resolution.
  • Claims submitted after 7 days of delivery may not be eligible for replacement.

Incorrect Address

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
  • Orders returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address may incur additional shipping charges for reshipment.

Delivery Delays

While we strive to meet estimated delivery times, delays caused by courier services, natural disasters, strikes, or other unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control.
