How long does shipping take?

Most of our products are made to order. Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days, and standard delivery takes 3–7 business days after dispatch anywhere in India. Full details are in our Shipping Policy.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return window — you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Custom and personalized products are non-returnable. Read the full Returns & Refunds policy.

Do you take custom 3D printing orders?

Yes — it's our specialty. See Custom Orders for how it works, or contact us directly with your idea.

What material are your products made of?

We print primarily in premium PLA+ — a strong, lightweight, low-odour bioplastic with a smooth matte finish. Minor layer lines and slight colour variations are natural characteristics of 3D printed products.

Which payment methods do you accept?

All payments are processed through Shopify's encrypted, PCI-compliant checkout. Available options (cards, UPI and more) are shown at checkout.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email or SMS. Tracking may take up to 24 hours to activate after dispatch.

Do you offer bulk or corporate orders?

Yes — we offer volume pricing on 25+ pieces with optional personalization. Request a bulk quote.
